Return and Exchange Policy

All of our garments are made to order, created specifically for you once your purchase is placed. For this reason, all sales are final.

Please Read Carefully Before Purchasing

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed
• No returns or exchanges are accepted
• This includes (but is not limited to) changes of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference

Each item is produced based on the details selected at checkout, including size, color, and style. Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We will review the matter and, if approved, arrange a replacement where appropriate. This does not apply to normal variations in color, fit, or fabric texture, which are part of the made-to-order process.

يتم تصنيع كل قطعة بناءً على التفاصيل التي يتم اختيارها عند إتمام الطلب، بما في ذلك المقاس، اللون، والتصميم. وبما أن عملية الإنتاج تبدأ بعد وقت قصير من تأكيد الطلب، لا يمكن تعديل أو إلغاء الطلب بعد تأكيده.

المنتجات التالفة أو غير الصحيحة

في حال نادر تلقيك منتجًا معيبًا أو تالفًا أو غير مطابق للطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام مع تزويدنا بـ:

• رقم الطلب
• صور واضحة تُظهر المشكلة

سنقوم بمراجعة الحالة، وإذا تمت الموافقة، سنرتب استبدال المنتج عند الاقتضاء.

لا ينطبق ذلك على الاختلافات الطبيعية في اللون أو المقاس أو ملمس القماش، حيث تُعد جزءًا من عملية التصنيع حسب الطلب.
